In 2012, fks developed an app for professional time registration and geotracking for mobile workers and teams with the ability to create multimedia reports. All data is centralized in a web portal that is accessible to the managers in your company / organization.

Mobiles At Work is a solution for following up and organizing mobile teams or employees. The Android devices (phones, tablets, ...) communicate with the Mobiles At Work internet platform. The team or employee records the start / stop hours  and registers his location. In addition, the employee can send work reports including multimedia (pictures, audio, video). This information can be linked to internal (ERP or planning) systems through standard web services or ftp. The mobile device is permanently traced during working hours if desired.

Mobiles@Work was built for vzw De Ploeg, a non-profit association from Sint-Truiden, active in the social services sector. They provide services to ecological green maintenance, fruit cultivation, care and cleaning, but also in the production and maintenance of pallets and logistics support in the care sector
